DETAILS:

It was 22 July 2009. I was well informed about the total solar eclipse in Bangladesh. Most of the photographers were gathered in the northern city Tetulia of Bangladesh. From the map of the solar eclipse path, I found it would pass through my village in Kurigram district. Instead of Tetulia, I planned to go to my village. It would serve both purposes: to take some photos and meet my parents. I live in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh, and my parents were in Kurigram. The photographers who went to Tetulia didn’t capture the event due to heavy cloud and rain. I was lucky enough to take some shots as there was no rain or clouds in my village.
